Jean-François Thibeault is a Las Vegas-based multi-instrumentalist, musical director, and producer with an international career spanning touring, live performance, and large-scale productions. Originally from Montreal, he built a strong foundation recording and touring with leading artists before joining Cirque du Soleil, where he spent a decade contributing to acclaimed productions including Zumanity and Viva Elvis.

During his time with Cirque, Thibeault also served as musical director for One Night for One Drop, bringing together world-class talent for one of the organization’s premier philanthropic productions. He later became the musical director of The Mayfair Supper Club at Bellagio, where he led the musical vision and execution throughout its six-year run, shaping one of the Strip’s most distinctive live entertainment experiences.

Throughout his career, he has collaborated with internationally recognized artists including Boyz II Men, Noel Gallagher, and Ben Folds. Known for his versatility, leadership, and refined musical sensibility, Thibeault continues to bring a global perspective and high level of artistry to every project he leads.
