Kit Chatham is an internationally recognized drummer, percussionist, composer, and educator whose career spans global performance, production, and musical direction. With expertise across drum set, world, orchestral, and marching percussion, he has performed worldwide, including more than 8,000 performances over 20 years with Cirque du Soleil productions such as Drawn to Life, KURIOS, Kooza, Zumanity, Mystère, Viva Elvis, and Corteo.

Within these productions, he has served as a featured performer, bandleader, Ableton Live programmer, artist coach, and creative contributor, helping shape original characters and musical concepts. Beyond Cirque, Chatham has toured internationally as a featured performer with Broadway’s BLAST! and London’s CYBERJAM, collaborated with leading ensembles and global brands, and appeared on major television productions.

Currently serving as Director of Graduate Music Technology at Southern Utah University, Chatham balances academia with an active creative career, composing for companies such as Disney and HP, mentoring students, and presenting masterclasses worldwide. He is proudly endorsed by Vic Firth, Zildjian, Yamaha, and Evans.
