HYDE’s founding Director Peter Fand emerged from New York’s international music scene, performing alongside global artists at iconic venues including Carnegie Hall, the Apollo Theater, Symphony Space, and Radio City Music Hall. His career spans Broadway, world tours with major production shows, and a long tenure with Cirque du Soleil.

Peter was an early pioneer on the DJ hybrid scene, beginning in the late 1990s when he started combining live global percussion with DJs for private events. At the time, live musicians and DJs rarely overlapped in the event world. That early work helped shape his approach to entertainment: blending strong musicianship, live interaction, and the flexibility needed for high-end events.

Now based in Las Vegas, the epicenter of luxury entertainment, Peter brings that lifetime of experience to HYDE Music Collective, a project decades in the making. HYDE represents a new paradigm in live event entertainment, designed for clients who expect something exceptional.
